Progressive Community Church

Vision

• Design one facility to provide space for an ample sanctuary, fellowship room, administration area, nursery and classrooms.
• Create an elegant space that is welcoming to the surrounding community.

Challenge

• First building designed by a metal building company was too large and too expensive.
• Limited funds; had to sell existing building before securing financing for the next one.
• Major soil issues on the site.
• County municipalities did not want a church on the property and tried to stop the project.

Solution

• CharestCorp used all available resources to work with the County to resolve the issues.
• CharestCorp re-designed the entire building and Master Site Plan to better fit the church’s needs and budget.
• Provided a schedule of values and construction documents to assist the lending institution in the loan process.
