Design Build

Step 5 - construction

CharestCorp projects are successful because of the time, personal attention and due diligence that our team puts into each facility. We work from your budget backwards so that your church is designed and built according to what you can practically afford.

According the NACDB, across the country, 50% of all pastors leave either during or right after a construction project. We’re here to remove the burden of construction from pastors in order to release them to continue to focus on their ministries. After your have been through steps 1- 4 of our process, your ministry needs have been addressed, your budget is in place, and a beautiful and functional display of your vision is ready to be built.

During construction, our critical path scheduling system controls construction time and prevents costly change orders to the client. We use subcontractors for various trades from your local community and give you the option to enlist in our Gifts in Kind program, in which we provide a pre-qualification screening for each subcontractor.

With over 30 years of experience in construction, CharestCorp’s project managers and superintendents control the quality of your project and ensure that you are well-informed of the weekly progress of the job. Please visit our testimonial page to hear personal stories of pastors who have gone through the design and construction process with CharestCorp.
