Vision

  • Reach an untapped age group, the University neighborhood, attracting college-aged students so they would desire to spend time at the church and have activities where they would feel welcomed.

Challenge

  • Small 5-acre site
  • On-site drainage problems
  • Very limited budget
  • Original plan $1,000,000 over budget
  • Due to the newness of the church, there was a lack of historical data to get funding from a bank.

Solution
